Kenichi Takahashi

Kenichi joined Coral Capital in November 2025 as a Finance Manager, focusing on fund operations.

After earning his degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University, he became a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and spent seven years at Deloitte Touche New York Office auditing Japanese companies. He then joined Ernst & Young New York Office, where he led cross-border M&A financial due diligence for three years, followed by four and a half years at Ziff Brothers Investments as an equity analyst specializing in Japanese and Asian equities.

In 2014, he helped launch Kontiki Capital Management in Hong Kong as a founding member, where he spent eight years conducting research and managing investments, contributing to the firm’s growth in AUM. In 2022, after 25 years abroad, he returned to Japan amid the COVID-19 pandemic and joined Kayac Inc., where he established and led the CVC division, driving investments and M&A initiatives.
